My Journey!

Well, I’m an exercise physiology major with a pre-med path so fitness and being healthy/happy is an important concept in my life! I love the idea of spreading motivation to others and I love being inspired by fellow fitblrs. My main goal is to be in the best shape of my life and have fun while doing it. Since I started training and eating healthier, my energy level has soared. I feel great throughout my day and this has especially helped me manage my efforts in school as well! Hopefully you enjoy my blog and I’m always open to hear about other people’s fitness journeys as well!
